DONNA'S DOG BOATS | |
2 hot dogs per person 1/8 cup grated cheddar cheese per hot dog 1/8-1/4 cup cooked mashed potatoes per hot dog Paprika to taste Pre-heat broiler 1. Slit hot dogs lengthwise and grill on both sides to desired doneness 2. Lay hot dogs skin-side down on an oven-proof baking sheet 3. Dollop mashed potatoes on top of each hot dog 4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of potatoes 5. Sprinkle with desired amount of paprika 6. Broil till cheese bubbles Serve immediately! Submitted by: Donna Hornsby |
