HOT DOG HASH 
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hot dogs, cut into chunks
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Melt butter. Brown hot dogs in skillet. Remove to platter - in same pan fry potatoes, onion and green pepper until tender. Add cooked hot dogs to mixture with mustard. Mix together, cover and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Season to taste.

Variation: Substitute green pepper for 2 stalks celery, chopped.
