HASH BROWNS HAMBURGER HOT DISH 
Grease small cake pan. (This size works great.) Put frozen hash browns on bottom. Add frozen or canned vegetables, including the juice. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and a little milk and salt. Mix a little with hash browns. Brown 1 to 1 1/2 pounds hamburger and put on top of this. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees; cover with foil.
