MAKE AHEAD MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together well. Shape into small meatballs. Place in baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove form grease.

SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS:

1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine together in medium pan, bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer covered 25 minutes.

VARIATIONS: Meatballs can be made ahead and frozen until needed. A crockpot can also be used instead of simmering in a covered pan.
