MAKE AHEAD MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. instant minced onions
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 egg

Heat oven to 440 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake about 10 minutes, or until done.

To freeze, cool meatballs about 25 minutes, then freeze.
