“COLD PASTA SALAD” IS IN:

COLD PASTA SALAD 
If you use fat free dressing and skip the pepperoni, this has very few calories.

6 oz. tortellini, cooked & cooled
2 quarts water
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup broccoli, cooked & cooled
1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2-1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
4 oz. pepperoni, chopped (I leave out)
1/2 cup Italian dressing (I use fat free)

Add all ingredients together and toss lightly. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. This keeps in the refrigerator for over a week.
