HAMBURGER HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
8 oz. frozen hash browns
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place hash browns on bottom. Brown meat and onions in frying pan; place on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with peas. Mix soup and milk and pour over all. Place cheese slices on top; cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Remove foil. Top with onion rings and return to oven with heat off for 15 minutes.
