HAMBURGER HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
8 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan on bottom and sides. Put in hash browns. Brown meat and onions and place on top of hash browns. Season to taste. Sprinkle with peas. Mix soup and milk; pour over all. Top with cheese slices. Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and top with onion rings. Return to oven to bake 15 minutes.
