SPINACH BREAD 
3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. onion
1 stick butter
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
2 French bread loaves (I use Winn Dixie)
Mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain spinach. In pan, saute onion in butter, add spinach, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, slat and pepper, cream cheese, and mix well for about 5 minutes on low fire.

Butter French bread well after cutting it into 3-inch slices and cut open. Butter, then put some of spinach mixture on top. Then put Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated, on top. (This takes a while to fix each piece of bread.) Then bake on 350 to 370 degree oven for about 7 minutes. Enjoy!
