1 pkg. frozen bread dough (2 loaves)
Let rise once, punch down and divide each loaf in two. Roll dough into an oblong shape as thin as possible. Spread with following filling:
Skin and saute 4 to 6 sweet or hot Italian sausage links with 4 finely chopped garlic cloves. If necessary, add oil to moisten in fry pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Add oregano, parsley, and hot pepper if desired. Add broccoli or spinach and mix well. Spread filling in middle of dough; sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese (2 (8 ounce) packages) and Romano cheese. Top with layer of dough; crimp edges. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack; slice for eating or, if bread is to be frozen, wrap in foil. From freezer, thaw 1 hour and warm in oven 30 minutes.
