SEVEN LAYER DIP 
A Family Favorite!

1 can refried beans
3 medium avocados
1 envelope taco seasoning
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
3 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1 small can sliced black olives
2 large tomatoes
1 small box Velveeta Mexican cheese (substitute any type of cheese if you like)
1 tsp. milk
2 stems green onions, for garnish
bag of tortilla chips or a ruffled chip, for dipping

In a 9x9-inch glass pan spread the can of refried beans. Smash the avocados and spread over the refried beans. Mix together taco seasoning, dairy sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl and spread on top of refried beans. Sprinkle sliced black olives evenly over mixture. Slice tomatoes into small pieces and spread evenly over olives.

In bowl melt cheese with 1 teaspoon milk. When cheese is runny spread evenly over the tomatoes. Garnish evenly all over mixture small pieces of green onion.

Ready to eat. Sometimes we spoon out a mixture and warm it in microwave. Eat with your favorite tortilla chips, or ruffle chips. Or just leave in pan for family dipping!
