SPINACH BREAD 
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. fresh spinach
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Wash, drain and chop spinach leaves. Place butter in 9 x 13 inch pan in 375 degree oven. Melt and combine all ingredients. Stir in spinach and cheese last. Smooth over. Bake approximately 35 minutes until golden on top. Cool, cut into squares.
