SPINACH PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 lb. bread dough 1 (6 oz.) pkg. finely chopped spinach 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. black pepper 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chopped garlic 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 3 oz. pepperoni, cubed (sm.) Roll dough out like you would be making a pizza, 12 inches. Mix everything else together and spread over dough. Roll dough up to loaf size and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool and slice like bread. |
