BAKED CHICKEN WINGS | |
2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings MARINADE: 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. cooking oil 2 tsp. garlic 1 tsp. ground ginger Mix ingredients for marinade together. Disjoint chicken wings, discarding tips. Place in container and cover with marinade. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Place on well greased shallow pan and bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until nicely brown. Drain on brown paper. Serve hot or cold. |
