PAT RAY'S BROCCOLI BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 lb. sausage
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or spinach
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Seasonings to taste (oregano, garlic)

Brown sausage with seasonings and drain. Cook vegetable and drain well.

Let dough rise. Cut each loaf in half and punch down. Roll into rectangle (approximately 6x12). Fill middle third; layer meat then vegetable, then cheese. Fold each remaining third of dough over and seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then freeze.

When ready to use thaw for 1 hour, then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 4 loaves.
