BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 (7 1/2 oz.) box corn bread mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 lg. onion
1 can cream style corn
1 c. shredded cheese

Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix all together except for cheese. Put into a 9 inch square pan - greased. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until a pick comes out clean.
