PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix everything together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes in 13 x 19 inch pan.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla until smooth and of spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake.
