ARLENE'S PUMPKIN CAKE ROLL 
STIR:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat 3 eggs for 5 minutes. Add in one at a time:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice

Fold in flour mixture. Place on greased and floured cookie sheet. Top with 1 cup crushed nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. While hot place on a dish towel covered with powdered sugar and roll up. When cool, unroll and spread with following frosting.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese and butter very well. Add following 2 ingredients and beat.
