CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Mix in pan to be cooked in. Bake at 335 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. clear vanilla
2 tsp. milk

Pour over cake while still hot - after you poke with a fork.
