CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients in large bowl with spoon. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake in oven.

Metal pan - 350 for 35 minutes

Glass pan - 325 for 35 minutes.

FROSTING FOR CHOP SUEY CAKE:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese with a fork. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix very well with spoon until smooth.
