CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts - pecan or walnuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together - including juices. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.

Mix all of the icing ingredients and refrigerate.
