CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (pecan or walnuts)
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix all ingredients together - including juices. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix together and ice cooled cake.
