DELUXE RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put rice, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in it. Mix with fork. Add heated milk and stir until blended. Sprinkle with spices. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. This pudding forms a custard on top.
