1 box any kind cake mix
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. sweet milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Bake box cake in sheet pan. Just before the cake is to come out of the oven, combine the butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat well and spread on hot cake.
