1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, add eggs. Add remaining dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to above mixture. Put half of cake mixture into a greased tube pan. Top with half of the topping, repeat, using the remaining cake and topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
