SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE (FRUITED) 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Fruit pie filler

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately. Put in a greased 10 by 15 inch jelly roll pan. Dab on spoonfuls of fruit pie filler (any one is delicious). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

Bring to a boil slowly. Remove from heat. Watch closely and stir constantly. Spread over cake.
