Is this for mini cupcakes?

 Cooks.com replies:
Hi Kelly,

You can use the recipe for mini cupcakes but they will bake more quickly. In an oven, try 375°F. Depending upon the size of the mini cupcakes, start checking at around 10 minutes (or less for smaller ones!). Or use a mini baker appliance and follow manufacturer's directions.

These cupcakes are the best ever!! I did add one egg though just because I am so traditional and coffee instead of water sometimes 1/2 and 1/2. This is the best chocolate cupcake recipe I have come across and certainly NOT dry. Thanks to whoever posted!!

Note to others: do not wait until 25 minutes before you check your cupcakes. Since everybody has different ovens, pans, altitudes, etc. Baking times MIGHT not be the same as Leeza's. If you over-bake, anything will turn out dry. Mine turn out moist and fully baked at 18 minutes. Thank you so much for sharing Leeza!!!!

I used the buttermilk (oddly enough, I already had it for another recipe) and the melted butter. Turned out GREAT! Super easy to make and they are delicious. Going to ice them with a typical buttercream icing and jazz it up with some sprinkles. Thanks!
