HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 bottle of hot sauce (crystal)
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. chicken grease
4 tbsp. Crystal sauce

Flour chicken and deep fry it until brown. In a small pan put 4 tablespoons of chicken grease and 4 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of Crystal sauce. Simmer cooked chicken in the sauce a minute on each side. Add rest of sauce as needed.
