BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
30 drummettes or 20 chicken wings (discard tips)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in large plastic bag with a mixture of soy sauce and pepper sauce. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Turn bag over occasionally. Reserve marinade.

Place chicken side by side on large rack on foil lined baking sheet. Bake 425 degrees 25 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste. Bake 25 minutes longer.
