BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
4 ribs celery
1 sm. onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 lemon
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Oil for deep fat frying
3 lbs. chicken wings

Chop onion and mince garlic. Cook onion in oil over medium heat until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Squeeze in juice from lemon. Stir in tomato sauce, Tabasco and salt and cook 5 minutes. Remove wing tips and cut wings in half at joint. Heat oil for deep frying to 375 degrees. Cook wings in hot oil until brown, about 8 minutes. Toss chicken in tomato sauce. Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
