“BUFFALO CHICKEN WING SAUSAGE” IS IN:

BUFFALO CHICKEN WING SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground chicken
6 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1/4 cup FRANK'S® Red Hot hot sauce (or more if you like it)
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix everything together and form into patties on a non-stick cookie sheet or use Reynolds Release foil to line pan. Freeze, then toss into a good quality Ziploc freezer bag.

Note: The patties are very fragile when thawed, so you can't cook them on the grill. We have the best luck cooking them on a George Foreman grill because then you don't have to flip them.

Serve on toasted kaiser spread with Blue Cheese dressing and more hot sauce. Add a slice of tomato and lettuce if you like.

Hint: I always fry a small portion in a pan to taste ingredients before I make into patties. You can also stuff into casings if you have the equipment.
