SPICY BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
12 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken wings
1/2 c. butter, melted
4-6 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Celery sticks
Chunky blue cheese dressing or Ranch dressing

Cut chicken at joints; discard wing tips. Place chicken on greased rack of large broiler pan. Brush with 2 tablespoons butter. Broil 16-20 minutes or until golden brown, turning and brushing with butter after 8 minutes. Pour combined remaining butter and Tabasco over chicken. Serve with celery sticks and the dressing as a dipping sauce.
