CHICKEN WINGS BUFFALO STYLE 
2 1/2 lb. wings, disjointed (discard tip)
1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 c. butter

Melt together hot sauce and butter.

Bake wings 1 hour, turn 1/2 way through, pour off chicken liquid and discard. At this point wings can be saved until serving. Pour sauce over wings and bake 1/2 hour. Serve with extra hot sauce for dipping.
