SUZANNE'S BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
1 pkg. chicken wings
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1/2 c. Louisiana Redhot sauce or to taste
Celery salt
Pepper

Cut wings in half and discard tips. Fry until nicely browned (preferably deep fried). Dip in sauce. Lay wings in a single layer on a broiler pan and broil until crispy. Turn and broil on other side. Broiling takes about 5 minutes. Wings can be fried ahead of time and broiled before serving.
