GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 sm. clove
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. mushrooms, fresh or canned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add meat, brown and drain. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
