WALTER'S HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. sour cream

Saute onions in butter until golden. Stir in meat, flour, seasonings and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve in rolls or on hot mashed potatoes, rice, noodles or toast. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
