HAMBURGER - STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. onion juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 pkg. instant rice
Dash Tabasco
Butter

Combine meat, onion juice, salt and pepper. Pat onto small patties or break into chunks. Saute quickly in butter. Remove onto hot serving dish. Then saute mushrooms. Transfer to meat dish. Add Tabasco, tomato paste or sauce. Blend thoroughly.

Pour in sour cream and cook until heated through. Season to taste and pour over meat. Surround stroganoff with steamed rice. Serves 4-5 people.
