HAMBURGER PLUS 
1 c. finely diced celery
6 tbsp. butter
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Cayenne pepper

Saute celery in a small frying pan in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft. Combine ground beef, celery, eggs, salt, cheese, pepper, water, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix lightly until well blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1 inch thick. Saute patties in remaining butter in large frying pan for 5 minutes on each side, for medium. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper to taste.
