BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose package hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage until browned; drain. Separate rolls, place on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Press over bottom and sides. Spoon on sausage, sprinkle over this the thawed potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Beat egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I used to make this for a very special Christmas breakfast.

I make this every year since I found the recipe. My picky nephews love "pizza" for breakfast and it's so easy to eat while opening presents xmas morning. No dishes and you can make it up the night before.

I make this a lot over the holidays and it is SOOOO GOOD! I do make a few changes: I double the cheese and the potatoes, I use the potatoes frozen, I don't separate the crescent rolls (it's easier to leave it just as one sheet), and I usually add an extra half pound of sausage. I don't use the parmesan cheese. It's so good!
