HAM-SPAGHETTI SKILLET MEAL 
4 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 c. cubed ham
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken in 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In a deep skillet fry the bacon until it is crisp and transfer it to paper towels to drain. Add the onion, green pepper and ham to the bacon grease and brown slightly over medium heat. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cheese. If needed, add 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the cheese and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
