SHRIMP CACCIATORE | |
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 med. green pepper, cut into strips 1 garlic love, minced 2 tbsp. butter, butter, or oil 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1 1/2 c. dry Minute Rice Saute shrimp with onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluffy with fork. |
