HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom
1 c. sour cream

Lightly brown ground chuck. Drain grease. Add next 5 ingredients and brown over medium heat. Add soup and if too thick, add milk. Stir well. When ready to serve, add sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
