BEEF JERKY 
1 1/2 lbs. flank steak (partially frozen)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1/3 tsp. M.S.G.
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Slice flank steak in thin slices diagonally across grain. Combine seasonings mixture. Pour mixture over meat and let soak in mixture 4 to 6 hours. Arrange meat slices on two 10 x 15 x 1 inch jelly roll pans.
