BEEF JERKY
1 round steak, 1 1/2" thick
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent meat tenderizer
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Semi freeze meat. Trim off all fat. Slice meat 1/8" thick with the grain. Mix all ingredients in shallow glass dish. Marinate overnight, covering meat in refrigerator. Mix occasionally. Lay strips in a single layer on oven racks. Place cookie sheet under strips to catch drippings. With oven door open a crack, roast at lowest temperature, 125 degrees for 8 to 12 hours. Taste occasionally until desired chewiness is achieved. Turn every couple of hours. Check after about 6 hours.
