SESAME CHICKEN 
4 skinned boned chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
sesame seeds

Mix egg with water and dip chicken and coat with crumbs. Sauté in 1/4 cup butter. Place in baking dish. Make sauce of soy, melted butter and chicken broth. Brush chicken with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes, basting with remaining sauce occasionally.
