SESAME SEED CHICKEN WINGS 
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs
2 stalks scallions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 lbs. broiler-fryer chicken wings, cut at joint

In a bowl, stir together cornstarch, flour, sugar, salt, soy sauce, eggs, scallion, garlic and sesame seeds. Stir in 1/4 cup of corn oil. Add chicken to cover. Marinate two hours. Heat oil in deep fryer or deep fry pan. Fry meat fine to seven minutes or until golden brown with medium heat to 325 degrees.
