SESAME SEED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shoyu
1/2 tsp. aji
2 eggs
2 stalks green onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Cut chicken wings at joint into 3 pieces. Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 2 hours. Deep fry until golden brown.
