SESAME SEED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
4 tbsp. flour
2 stalks scallions, chopped finely
8 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. MSG (may be left out)

Cut chicken wings at the joint; discard tips. Combine all the ingredients. Add the wings and marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Deep fry until golden brown.
