CHINESE SALAD DRESSING 
Use with cucumbers, cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes or any other vegetable. Delicious on bits of leftover meat.

3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil

Mix vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Add oil slowly, stirring constantly. May be made in advance. Does not need refrigeration.
