1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. garlic
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Shred cheese. Mix all ingredients, shape in mold, refrigerate. Remove from mold prior to serving. Serve with crackers.
